Role Summary

As Relationship Management Coordinator, you will play a central role in strengthening the relationship between the Paperjam Club and its members. You’ll help ensure their needs are met, their contributions are valued, and their presence within the Club is amplified. From content coordination to member onboarding and communications, your mission is to foster long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience & Support :

  • Assist in implementing the Club’s strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention.
  • Guide and onboard new members to maximize their participation and benefits.

Contract & Account Management :

  • Help manage the contract process and timelines for new members and renewals in coordination with the Club sales team.
  • Monitor membership status and follow up proactively on upcoming renewals or outstanding contracts.

Content Coordination & Publication :

  • Assist members in promoting their activities via our platforms (newsletters, websites, etc.).
  • Review, prepare, and ensure quality control of member-submitted content before publication.
  • Coordinate the publication process with internal teams and ensure consistency with our editorial standards.
  • Help design personalized member communication campaigns (newsletters, emailings, invitations, updates).

Data & Analysis :

  • Track campaign performance (open rates, engagement, feedback).
  • Use data and feedback to improve member communication and services.

Event & Community Involvement :

  • Participate in Club events to support engagement and strengthen relationships.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the Club’s visibility and value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in both French and English.
  • Experience with digital tools, CMS platforms, and a good understanding of SEO basics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
