About the role:

The Chief Growth & Strategy Officer (CGSO) is responsible for driving revenue growth across all business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long-term profitability. As a key executive team member, the CGSO will implement revenue-maximizing strategies and maintain the editorial and brand integrity of Maison Moderne.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure profitability, foster growth, and optimize revenue streams across multiple business lines :

• • News Publishing: Maximize reader and advertising revenue through innovative editorial strategies, premium content, and audience engagement.
  • Business Club: Strengthen membership value, secure sponsorships, and ensure high-quality, innovative events and training programs.
  • Media Sales: Drive advertising and sponsorship sales while pioneering new native advertising formats and immersive live experiences.
  • Corporate & Contract Publishing: Expand revenue opportunities with institutional clients through tailored content solutions and long-term partnerships.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in revenue management, preferably within media, publishing, or related industries.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around revenue-driving objectives.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to identify and leverage new revenue opportunities.
• In-depth understanding of digital media, audience engagement, and monetization strategies.
• Proficiency in both French and English; additional languages are a plus.
