Role Summary

As a Paperjam Club Programs and Projects Manager(s), you will be the driving force behind building, engaging, and growing our professional member communities. You will create value for members by designing experiences that connect them meaningfully—across industries, interests, and business stages. You will work closely with content, events, marketing, and sales teams to curate a relevant, dynamic, and engaged member ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Programming & Content Management

  • Define relevant and engaging topics for business leaders (finance, tech, entrepreneurship, professions).
  • Identify and recruit high-level speakers and panelists.
  • Craft formats that maximize knowledge-sharing and impact.

Strategic Projects (non-event)

  • Manage initiatives such as:

- Member marketplace (B2B services).

- Members’ directory (network visibility).

- PME toolbox (ready-to-use resources, e.g., contract samples).

  • Develop project roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Drive implementation with autonomy while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Community Moderation & Engagement

  • Moderate small-scale events (peer groups, learning circles, networking sessions).
  • Facilitate meaningful exchanges among professionals.
  • Be a visible ambassador of the business community within the Paperjam Circles

Requirements

Experience

  • 3–5 years in community management, B2B marketing, membership programs, or related fields.

  • Experience working in or with professional networks, chambers of commerce, media, or associations is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM and community platforms
