Paperjam Club is looking to recruit a Senior System Administrator (m/f/x).

 

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior System Administrator at Maison Moderne, you will:

  • Administer the company’s infrastructure, including network equipment, local servers, storage systems, end-user devices, etc. Ensuring our assets are always available, secure, and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate our IT support service and assist, when necessary, with Level 2 support for complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to strategic IT projects, such as infrastructure expansion, security process implementations, disaster recovery planning (DRP), and more. In collaboration with the internal IT team, business stakeholders, and external partners, while reporting directly to the Head of IT.

 

Required Profile:

  • Experience: Intermediate to senior level, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in key company technologies is essential: M365, AD, Sophos, Netgear, Synology, InTune.
    • Expertise in Mac environment is highly valuable: macOS, iOS, Jamf.
    • Familiarity with backup solutions, virtualisation products, and security processes is a plus.
    • Relevant certifications are welcome: ITIL, Project Management, Microsoft, etc.
  • Non-Technical Skills:

    • Capable of independently managing projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English.
