We are looking for a talented : IT-Support (m/f/x)

Mac enthusiast, with excellent user service skills.

Your role

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Be the primary point of contact for Service Desk requests, across all departments.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of service requests, from acceptance to resolution, including reporting and communication, with a strong focus on ensuring complete user satisfaction.
  • Purchase, prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user software and hardware.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, including user, license, and permissions management.
  • Train and support users with their applications and devices.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base and documented procedures.
  • Ensure that SLA targets are achieved, and contribute to the overall department performance.

Your profile

Applicants are expected to have the following requirements.

Must-have:

  • A bachelor’s degree with an IT focus.
  • Proven experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
  • Solid experience working in a Mac environment (macOS and iOS).
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and its suite of applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong sense of rigor, autonomy, analytical thinking, and self-organization.

Nice to have:

  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and network maintenance.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and Jira ticketing tool.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL).
  • Knowledge of one or more among the following will be a definite advantage: MDM tools (Jamf, Intune), Salesforce, Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
